A Note About Fit
There should be a pinky sized gap between heel and back of clog, and plenty of room in toe box area. The instep will be the snuggest part of shoe and your heel should lift up slightly out of the shoe as you walk.
For half-sizes, we recommend sizing up to the next size.

Like the other reviews state: the sizing for these clogs is way off. I am already on the small end of the size I have worn for years, and when I got these I could BARELY squeeze my foot in. I'm going to have to size up. Hopefully that doesn't make the rest of the fit feel off. Heed the warning of these reviews! Be super careful of the size you order. I'm bummed that Sanita made these changes and threw the dependability of their product off.
Best experience ever, I purchased the wrong size for a gift and the exchange was painless. Thank you so much, will shop again!

I was so excited to buy myself a pair of clogs to wear at work since wearing booties and heels every day just gets tiring. I originally bought a pair of Dansko clogs, but those were very tight around the arch of my foot and didn't have a very good selection of wider shoes. When I found sanita I was so happy! I bought 4 pairs of the same shoe in two different sizes and two different widths. I had an idea that the 42 wides would be my choice, but just to be safe I got the others too! I tried on the 42 wide ones and they are comfy, the 43 wides being way too "clomp-y" and big. The regular widths were too small.
Fast forward to this morning when I put on my clogs. Bliss—up until around 12pm when I started to feel a sharp pain in my pinky toes. Fast forward to 6pm when I got off of work and I couldn't wait to get home and take them off! I'm not sure what went wrong, but I don't think clogs are meant for my feet or something...and I don't even have particularly wide feet, just long ones. I know if I had bought one size larger I would have twisted an ankle. Buyer beware! If you have wide feet, these might hurt. I followed the size guides to a T, and they just didn't work for my feet. For $100, I wish they didn't cause so much pain.
We are sorry to hear that this pair doesn't fit comfortably. Your Sanitas should fit comfortably right out of the box, while the leather may soften a bit there shouldn't be a break in period. Since the shoes have been worn, we recommend having them professionally stretched. Please email us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
Haven’t worn to work yet but they’re very pretty. Hopefully they’ll fit as well as others I have had in the past.
