Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders placed on Sanita.com are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days.
- We ship exclusively via UPS Ground Saver, and require valid US street addresses for delivery.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout.
Shipping Insurance - Route Package Protection
We offer Route Package Protection as an opt-in service at checkout for a low cost. This service provides insurance against loss, misdelivery, damage, and theft. To protect your order, add Route at checkout, which is toggled on and off near your subtotal.
Important:

does not offer refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if Route Package Protection is declined.

Claims for damage, loss, theft, or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

as quickly as possible, so cancellations or modifications
may not be possible once an order is placed.
- If you need to make changes,
contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Once a package has left our warehouse, we cannot modify, reroute, or cancel orders.
