Returns and Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note this policy only applies to orders placed after 1/31/25. Prior to that date, please use the prepaid return label and return/exchange form included with your order and mail back your return with the form included.

✔️ We gladly accept unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 60 days of purchase.
🚫 Non-returnable items: All accessories, including socks and shoe care products, cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Start Your Return or Exchange

1️⃣ Visit Our Self-Service PortalClick Here to begin your return or exchange.
2️⃣ Enter Your Order Details – You’ll need your 5-digit order number (found in your email receipt) and the email, phone number, or ZIP code associated with your order.
3️⃣ Follow the Step-by-Step Instructions – You’ll receive a prepaid return label and easy-to-follow steps.
4️⃣ Include the Packing Slip – Print and include the return packing slip generated by the portal. 
5️⃣ Ship It Back – Use the prepaid label to send your item(s) back to us.


Are Returns & Exchanges Free?

Your first return or exchange is always FREE!


Orders over $150 – Free returns & exchanges, no fees.
Orders under $150 – A $10 handling fee applies only if the entire order is returned with no items kept.


Return Requirements

Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
✅ Try on your shoes indoors on a clean surface before deciding to keep them.

We do not accept returns of worn shoes. Items that show signs of wear or damage will be refused, donated, and will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.


Damaged Items & Refund Processing

Received a damaged item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at inquiry@sanita.com for assistance.

Processing Time

  • Returns & Exchanges: Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for processing.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Quality Control: We reserve the right to photograph returned merchandise if signs of wear are found, and we reserve the right to refuse such merchandise.
