Because they rock!
(No, seriously, our rocker bottoms make standing and walking super easy on your feet and lower body for full days on your feet!)
- Excellent arch support keeps your body properly aligned for 12-hour shifts and anatomically correct footbeds support high stress areas on the soles of your feet. Less foot fatigue = more energy!
- Sanita clogs are certified by the American Podiatric Medical Association and recommended (and worn!) by podiatrists worldwide.
- Rocker bottoms help relieve excess pressure on your feet and promote movement that is proven to limit ankle and mid-foot motion, reducing the force of impact on the heel when your heel strikes the ground, and allowing your foot to roll forward faster with less pressure... especially for feet suffering from arthritis, bunions, and plantar fasciitis.
- Durable, reliable, and handcrafted in our European factory...and easy to clean
How should my first pair of clogs fit and feel?
There should be a pinky-sized gap between your heel and the back of the clog. The snuggest fit should be across the instep, and the toe box should feel roomy.
For slight fit adjustments, pinch or pull the adjustable heel cup or pull the clog apart slightly by the instep.
Your pair should fit quite comfortably right out of the box and there should be no significant break-in period. Your first pair of clogs might not feel like “pillows on your feet” when you first slip into them, but the stability/rigidity of the outsole is what maintains the integrity of the arch support and ensures a natural “rocking” step...you will most appreciate your clog choice after long shifts on your feet!
