I’ve been wearing these for about a week now, and these leather insoles are ahhhh-mazing! I did grab the last wool insole as well, and although I do love a good wool-lined insole, I found the wool to feel rough underfoot, and the base was not made of cork like these (that’s important). Subsequently, these cork and leather footbeds have become so incredibly comfortable I would choose these over the wool insoles all day every day! Now, I would love a cork-with-wool-felt insole for winter, if the designers are listening. I’m anxious to see how these leather footbeds wear with time, if they retain their ultra soft feel underfoot, or if the leather hardens and gets slick like Birkenstock footbeds. I’ll be doing everything possible to keep the soft feel underfoot, have purchased the suede cleaner and will use that if the insole begins to harden and get slick. Will report back. Regardless, these footbeds are everything I’ve been searching for. I used to be a long-distance runner and subsequently have arthritic feet with bilateral Morton’s neuromas and they feel everything. These feet have been so happy since finding Sanita!

Love these wool footbeds. I put them in my lodge slides....makes them sooo much more cozy!!

NOT FOR CLOGS
I bought these to replace insoles that were wearing out in my clogs. Ooops. They have since changed the description to be clearer. I'm now wrestling with whether to buy a set of slides that they would fit into (eventually) because they are exactly the sort of footbed I like!
