There should be a pinky sized gap between your heel and the back the of clog, and plenty of room in the toe box area. The instep will be the snuggest part of the shoe and your heel should lift up slightly out of the shoe as you walk.

I discovered clogs when I lived in the US, and since then I always have at least two pairs in my shoe closet, and they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. My favourite is of course the classic matte black, but the coolest desigh I've had was the "cow skine" look. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Beautiful clog and color but hit my toes and I had to send them back. Fit the rest of my foot fine. Found the next size up at a local store and they were too big yet also hit my toes. Disappointed. I used to be able to wear Sanita’s clogs.
