Return & Exchange Policy - Updated 03/2026


We gladly accept unworn footwear in its original packaging within 30 days of fulfillment date for return or exchange.

We offer one free exchange per order, with no shipping fee. 

Each order that is returned in full for a refund with no merchandise kept incurs a $10 fee that will be deducted from your total refund amount. If you keep one or more items, this fee is waived. 

Non-returnable items: Accessories including socks and shoe care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Start Your Return or Exchange

1️⃣ Visit Our Self-Service PortalClick Here to begin your return or exchange.
2️⃣ Enter Your Order Details – You’ll need your 5-digit order number (found in your email receipt) and the email, phone number, or ZIP code associated with your order. Your order number can also be found on your picking ticket under PO number.
3️⃣ Follow the Step-by-Step Instructions – You’ll receive a prepaid return label and easy-to-follow steps.
4️⃣ Include the Packing Slip – Print and include the return packing slip generated by the portal. 
5️⃣ Ship It Back – Use the prepaid label to send your item(s) back to us.


Return Requirements

Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
✅ Try on your shoes indoors on a clean surface before deciding to keep them.

We do not accept returns of worn or dirty shoes. Items that show signs of wear will be refused, donated, and will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.


Damaged Items & Refund Processing

Received a damaged item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at inquiry@sanita.com for assistance.

Processing Time

  • Returns & Exchanges: Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for processing.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. Shipping costs as well as shipping insurance, if applicable, are not refunded.

Quality Control: We reserve the right to photograph returned merchandise if signs of wear are found, and we reserve the right to refuse such merchandise.
