We gladly accept unworn footwear in its original packaging within 30 days of fulfillment date for return or exchange.
We offer one free exchange per order, with no shipping fee.
Each order that is returned in full for a refund with no merchandise kept incurs a $10 fee that will be deducted from your total refund amount. If you keep one or more items, this fee is waived.
Non-returnable items: Accessories including socks and shoe care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Enter Your Order Details – You’ll need your
5-digit order number (found in your email receipt) and the
email, phone number, or ZIP code associated with your order. Your order number can also be found on your picking ticket under PO number.

Follow the Step-by-Step Instructions – You’ll receive a
prepaid return label and easy-to-follow steps.
4️⃣
Include the Packing Slip – Print and include the return
packing slip generated by the portal.
5️⃣
Ship It Back – Use the prepaid label to send your item(s) back to us.

We do not accept returns of worn or dirty shoes. Items that show signs of wear will be refused, donated, and will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
