There should be a pinky sized gap between your heel and the back the of clog, and plenty of room in the toe box area. The instep will be the snuggest part of the shoe and your heel should lift up slightly out of the shoe as you walk.
The Professional Patent style features a black patent leather upper with a padded instep and a microfiber insole with an anatomically correct footbed. The polyurethane outsole features a rocker bottom. This style is approved by the APMA and part of our Professional Collection.

I’m so excited about my new Sanitas! I loved the life right out of my old pair (they lasted me 4 years, I wore them until there was a hole in them).
Bought a shiny bright red pair and I got so many compliments the first day I wore them and the best part is there is NO break in period like I have heard about and experienced with dansko’s in the past. They were comfortable the very first day I wore them! Fit perfectly. I will be a Sanitas loyalist nurse forever! Haha
