Orders placed on Sanita.com are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days. We ship via UPS SurePost (USPS final delivery). Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to the email that you provided on your order. 

Route Package Protection is an opt-in service now available at checkout that offers shipping insurance for a very low cost to protect your order against any unforeseen hiccups that may arise during shipment, such as loss, mis-delivery, damage, or theft. Route is a shipping insurance that offers complete protection for Sanita.com shipments and orders. Simply add Route to your cart at checkout to insure your order. Please note that Sanita.com is not able to offer refunds or replacements on orders that have opted out of Route Package Protection in the event of missing, damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Sanita.com adheres to all of Route Package Protection's policies which can be reviewed here.

Please note we must be contacted within 14 days of delivery about any damage, loss, theft, defective items, or any other urgent problems with your order.

2 or More Pairs: $12.95

In the case of a return, this initial shipping charge is non-refundable.

Sanita will ship orders to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia via UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship internationally.

We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so you may not be able to cancel or change your order once it is submitted because we have already begun shipping your order. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make our best effort to accommodate your requests.

Once packages have left our warehouse, we are not able to modify, reroute, or cancel orders.
